A PAIR account is for one named learner and must not be shared. Sharing an account can expose personal information and mix together course progress, certificates and reporting data.
If a licence was assigned to the wrong person or is no longer needed, ask your organisation’s PAIR administrator to review it. An administrator may be able to remove and reassign an organisation-managed licence, depending on the licence and the learner’s activity.
Do not give another person your password or forward a personal invitation link. If your administrator cannot resolve the assignment, contact PAIR Support with the organisation name and the affected learner’s email address.
