How you manage your PAIR access depends on whether you purchased it directly or received it through an organisation.
Individual subscriptions
If you purchased your subscription directly:
- Sign in at app.pairnow.ai.
- Open System Settings.
- Select View My Subscription.
- Review the product and subscription end date shown.
If Manage subscription is available, select it to open the secure customer portal and follow the options displayed there.
The button is only shown for subscriptions purchased through PAIR’s online payment system. If you purchased individual access but cannot see the button, contact PAIR Support.
Organisation-provided access
If your access was provided by an employer, education provider or another organisation, it is managed by that organisation.
Contact its PAIR administrator if you need to:
- Check how long your access lasts.
- Request access to additional content.
- Discuss changing or ending your access.
Organisation-provided access cannot be managed through the individual customer portal.
Never include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive financial information in a support request.
