Microsoft single sign-on is used by some organisation-provided PAIR accounts. It depends on your organisation’s PAIR setup and Microsoft Entra ID configuration.
What to check
- Use your organisation’s dedicated PAIR website, not
app.pairnow.ai. - Choose the Microsoft sign-in option supplied by your organisation.
- Sign in with the work or education account approved for PAIR.
- If Microsoft says the account or application cannot be found or access is not assigned, ask your IT administrator to check your access to the PAIR application.
If your IT administrator confirms that your access is correct, contact PAIR Support. Include the dedicated PAIR website, exact error, time of the attempt and a screenshot. Never include your password or authentication code.
