If you created an individual PAIR account directly, start at app.pairnow.ai.
If you received a PAIR invitation through an employer, education provider or another organisation, use the link in your most recent invitation or onboarding instructions. Some organisations have a dedicated PAIR website and sign-in method.
Important for corporate customers: If your organisation has a dedicated PAIR website, your corporate account will not work at
app.pairnow.ai. You must use the dedicated URL provided in your invitation, onboarding instructions or by your organisation’s administrator.
Before signing in
- Check that you are using the correct PAIR website:
- Individual account: app.pairnow.ai
- Organisation-provided account: the address in your invitation or onboarding instructions.
- Use the same email address and sign-in method associated with your account.
- If your organisation uses single sign-on, follow its sign-in option rather than creating a new password.
- If you previously bookmarked PAIR, compare the bookmark with your most recent invitation.
Using the wrong PAIR website may display a different sign-in method or fail to recognise your account.
If a password reset succeeds but you still cannot sign in, return to the correct PAIR website and try again. Do not create another account, as your learning history may be connected to the existing one.
If you do not know which website to use, contact PAIR Support and provide your email address and, where applicable, your organisation’s name. Never include your password.
