Use the AI provider shown for your course in the PAIR Hub. PAIR currently provides public course versions for ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude. Course instructions, screenshots and activities can use features specific to that provider, so another tool may not match the course.
Check your selection in PAIR
- Open the PAIR Hub.
- Find Select AI Provider above the course list.
- Select the provider assigned by your organisation or the one you will use for the course.
- Select your plan when prompted:
- ChatGPT: Free or Paid;
- Copilot: Basic (Copilot Chat) or Premium (licensed Microsoft 365 Copilot);
- Claude: Free or Paid.
- Open the course and follow the provider-specific instructions.
Open the expected tool
Sign in using the account approved by your organisation. Do not purchase or upgrade a plan unless your organisation has authorised it.
Not every preferred AI tool has a dedicated PAIR course version. The provider displayed above your course list is the version you should follow. If the required provider, plan or feature is unavailable, contact your organisation’s administrator. If you completed an activity using a different provider and are unsure whether it needs to be repeated, contact PAIR Support.
