PAIR shows organisation information according to your assigned role and permissions. Depending on your setup, this can include:
- members and pending invitations;
- teams and team leaders;
- available and assigned licence seats;
- course progress and certification summaries; and
- organisation analytics or reporting views.
Open My Organisation to manage members and licences. If Organisation Analytics is available in the PAIR masthead, use it to open the reporting view.
If a control or report is not shown, ask an authorised administrator in your organisation to confirm whether you should have access. They can email help@pairnow.ai if PAIR needs to review your permissions.
Only request access needed for your role, and handle learner information according to your organisation’s data-protection policies.
