A certificate becomes available after all required course content is complete and all required assignments have passed.
What to check
- Open the course navigation and look for incomplete sections.
- Check Assignment results for work that is still being marked or has not passed.
- Confirm that you are signed in to the account used to complete the course.
- Refresh the course after marking finishes.
- Open Your certificate and select Generate certificate if prompted.
If the course shows as complete but the certificate is unavailable, contact PAIR Support with the course name, PAIR website and a screenshot of the course navigation. Do not create another account or repeat the course unless PAIR advises you to do so.
