How do I add a learner or assign a PAIR licence?

You need the relevant organisation-administrator permission to add members or assign licences.

1. Sign in to your organisation’s PAIR website.
2. Open My Organisation and select the organisation.
3. Open the Members area.
4. Select Add Member.
5. Enter the learner’s work email address and complete the available access or licence options.
6. Ask the learner to use the invitation sent to that email address.

The options shown depend on your permissions, available licence seats and organisation setup.

If Add Member is unavailable, there are not enough seats, or the learner joins the wrong team, email help@pairnow.ai. Do not share another learner’s account or invitation.
